Last year, Grazing Theory had the honor of keeping the incredible chefs of Temecula Valley fueled behind the scenes before the SoCal Chef Open. This year, we’re stepping into the spotlight!

We are beyond excited to announce that Grazing Theory will be joining the talented lineup of Temecula Valley chefs at the 2026 SoCal Chef Open: A Taste of Temecula Valley on Monday, August 10, 2026, at Galway Downs!

We’ll be showcasing one of our signature Perfect Bites, expertly paired with an exceptional Masia de la Vinya Winery wine—a pairing that celebrates the artistry of local food and wine.

This unforgettable evening features incredible bites from the Valley’s best chefs, local wines, craft brews, and a community coming together for an amazing cause. Most importantly, every ticket helps support Oak Grove Center and its mission to empower at-risk children and families.
