This Friday, the 18th, is our last business day. We hope you share our last week with your local friends and family. Our bottled sauces are ready for the picking (we have had a great response thus far) ... Looking to find a local restaurant who will allow us to rent some space to continue to make the sauces and sell them locally and eventually nationwide provided shipping logistics is reasonable. Anyone who is, or knows of, a local restaurant business owner, we would be eternally grateful (and you would probably be swimming sauce for helping us make the connection! :) ) Also hoping to sell at local businesses like Artisan Palate and Barons. Make suggestions to them should you be able!

We have decided that next Friday, Oct. 18th will be the last day we will be open. Most, if not all, of our employees have found other employment which was our biggest concern. Again, we can't tell you how much pleasure we have had serving you, knowing you are enjoying a healthy and delicious meal. Thank you for all the kind words (and offers to "bank our next site" - keep 'em coming - we might bend). We are a little scarred at the moment, but are saving the building signs because we just can't let go. Hopefully the community at some point will realize how important it is to support the little guys. We are continuing to sell our bottled sauces and creamy teriyaki salad dressing. Unfortunately Teriyaki Ninja will be closing late this month. We sincerely thank you for your patronage. It has been a pleasure serving and getting to know you all. Bottled Sauces: Correction of price. Our bottled sauces are $7.99 and are available via pre-order for next day pick-up. We will be stocking up on the sauces so they will be readily available soon.

We are taking orders for our Teriyaki Sauces! Pre-order your favorite teriyaki sauce and it will be ready the next day for pick up at the restaurant (sorry you out-of-towners as we are trying to figure out the best way and lowest price to ship something that needs to stay refrigerated!). To pre-order, email [email protected]. Available is our Original (Sweet and Savory), Spicy (Sweet and Spicy), Gluten Free, Sugar Free, and Vegetarian (Vegan as well). All sauces are made with fresh vegetables and no preservatives or additives of any kind. Great on all meats especially pork, ribs, and even in meatloaf (thanks for the tip Stephanie!) Price is $6.99 plus tax per 16 Fl Oz bottle.
