She truly loves helping people understand how to eat, fuel, and create sustainable habits that last. Her expertise not only helps shape our menu, so you can eat with confidence but she helps create long lasting results that actually work. You can expect to start seeing macro information on our meals thanks to Beth! 💚🥗

A little bit of background! 📗 But first...

A HEARTFELT THANKS for all of your words of encouragement and support! We've received text messages, calls, DMs and prayers, and we are extremely grateful.

Chef Matt and his wife Mia prayed in front of the storefront in July of this year after submitting their application just a few short weeks prior. In a matter of 7 hours after praying onsite, we got a call that we had been approved!

Since then, permit applications have been underway and are still in progress. (Patience upon patience, upon patience 🙏🏼) More purchasing, sprucing up, deep cleaning, hiring and training, menu innovation and more, will be forthcoming.

We CANNOT WAIT to unveil it all! 🥳

The Simple Story 📗 SIMPLE SALADS came into fruition through our Chef Matt's vision of sharing the benefits of eating salads as part of our lifestyle, and it has been his obsession for more than 30 years.

It was during a life-changing routine medical check-up several years ago, with a leukemia (mis)diagnosis that motivated him to create NUTRIENT-dense dressings and delicious salads. Vegetables and fruits became part of his daily meals. He proved the doctors wrong after only a few short months; No bone marrow biopsy needed, no leukemia, and vitals quickly went back to normal.

It is never too late to adapt a healthy lifestyle.

Here’s to more exciting and beneficial Simple Salad creations to come!
