🍑 The wait is over... Life’s A Peach is officially back starting TODAY! 💛

Our fan-favorite peach pizza has returned for peach season, and we’ll be serving it for as long as fresh, in-season peaches are available. Once the peaches are gone, so is this pizza.

Built on our Detroit-style crust, it’s topped with fresh Palisade peaches, Detroit cheese, chopped garlic, and pickled red onions, then finished with whipped ricotta and goat cheese, even more fresh peaches, candied walnuts, micro basil, flaky Maldon sea salt, and a balsamic reduction. Want the ultimate sweet-and-salty bite? Add Prosciutto di Parma. 🤌

And don’t worry—the 1776 Pizza, our July Pizza of the Month, isn’t going anywhere just yet. 🇺🇸 It will continue to be available through the end of July, so you can enjoy both specials side by side while peach season lasts.

Built on our signature Detroit cheese blend and house-made vodka sauce, this patriotic pie is topped with spicy Calabrian sausage, Calabrian chilies, and creamy burrata. After baking, we finish it with dollops of New York whipped ricotta, local micro basil, a drizzle of Mike’s Hot Honey, and freshly grated 24-month-aged Parmigiano Reggiano.

The balance of savory, sweet, spicy, and creamy flavors on this one keep everyone coming back for one more slice.

🍕 JUNE PIZZA OF THE MONTH 🍕

Inspired by the timeless BLT and reimagined through our Detroit-style lens, this month’s featured pizza was crafted by our Congress Park team under the leadership of Kitchen Lead Evan Jones.👏

It starts with Congress Park aioli, candied bacon, mozzarella, our Detroit cheese blend, and our signature pizza sauce. After baking, it’s topped with crisp romaine hearts, house-made avocado salsa, a candied bacon crumble, and freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano.

The result is a fresh, rich, and flavor-packed take on a classic sandwich favorite. 😋
