A golden tribute to Colorado in its most beautiful season. 🌲💛

Inspired by the brilliant aspen trees that light up the mountains each September, The Aspen Gold Rush starts with our signature Detroit cheese blend and house-made Gorgonzola sauce and is topped with roasted garlic, cremini mushrooms, and pine nuts.

Fresh from the oven, we finish it with crispy shallots, micro leeks, lemon zest, freshly grated 24-month Parmigiano Reggiano, and—because every gold rush needs a little gold— edible GOLD FLAKES served on the side. ✨

🍑 The wait is over... Life’s A Peach is officially back starting TODAY! 💛

Our fan-favorite peach pizza has returned for peach season, and we’ll be serving it for as long as fresh, in-season peaches are available. Once the peaches are gone, so is this pizza.

Built on our Detroit-style crust, it’s topped with fresh Palisade peaches, Detroit cheese, chopped garlic, and pickled red onions, then finished with whipped ricotta and goat cheese, even more fresh peaches, candied walnuts, micro basil, flaky Maldon sea salt, and a balsamic reduction. Want the ultimate sweet-and-salty bite? Add Prosciutto di Parma. 🤌

And don’t worry—the 1776 Pizza, our July Pizza of the Month, isn’t going anywhere just yet. 🇺🇸 It will continue to be available through the end of July, so you can enjoy both specials side by side while peach season lasts.

Built on our signature Detroit cheese blend and house-made vodka sauce, this patriotic pie is topped with spicy Calabrian sausage, Calabrian chilies, and creamy burrata.
