Menu prep underway for October Fest, City Hall October 3rd, Tell City Strong. We've been waiting for this one......debuting our Porky Apple Egg Rolls!! Slow smoked pulled pork, chopped fried cinnamon apples, smoked gouda, a dash of BBQ sauce and diced jalapeno in a golden fried egg roll, with cinnamon apple dipping sauce. Let me also say Cookie Butter Dirt Pudding!!! Can wait to share the whole lineup!!!
