Our Food Truck Wednesdays are getting ready to kick off for this new year!

If you are interested in booking with our food truck venue, shoot a message to this page with any desired open dates you see and we will respond as soon as we can. We will need an updated picture of your menu and any current COI with our property owner listed as additionally insured. And we will explain all of that when we respond in our message back to you.

***UPDATE: Trucks tend to switch to a limited menu, without notice, the day of the event. This severely impacts the experience for the guests that show up with expectations of a full menu. If you plan to offer a more limited menu, we must know this at the time of booking.***

Our venue offers public advertising by us and a local media company, a 50 amp, 30 amp, and 20 amp hookup so no generator is necessary, indoor and outdoor seating, and food purchased for any of our staff that choose to eat. And as always, our location is open to the public so all are welcome!

Photos from our entire lineup from last year. Here and there I was slightly busy and didn't get a picture of each truck but I did get most of them.

Heck of a year we had last year. We are excited to get rolling on building the schedule out for the first few months the first truck starting in March. We will be reaching out to each and everyone of you as we're ready to get you back on the schedule!

If you haven't already left us a review, that would be extremely hopeful to helping us provide proof to our concept for our venue.

One more thing for today

A HUGE shout out to 5 specific trucks. We had a couple no-call no-shows as well as a couple last minute cancellations due to mechanical things and whatnot.

Frantically, I reached out to different trucks to help fill the voids and these 5 saved the day:

Cob Abby Fish Camp

All five of these trucks jumped into action last minute and kept our Food Truck Wednesdays consistent for the community. As consistency is a huge driver for the success of our venue, this really meant the world to us.

In 2025 we hosted over 40 different trucks throughout the year for our Food Truck Wednesday, feeding our employees and offering a great location for the residents of our little city to have a quality alternative to the traditional brick and mortar restaurants in the area.

This empowered tons of small businesses to generate some great money, while also feeding our community.

Our venue is open to the public so any truck attending is encouraged to market their location as we will do the same.

In 2025, we revamped our Food Truck area making it so no one has to disconnect from their truck. We also added a 50 amp/ 30 amp hook up so no one has to run their generators. We have a traditional 20 amp as well for the few that use that. This has kept generator noise down and helps keep costs as well as wear and tear down for the truck owners.

We provide indoor and outdoor seating for all of the patrons as well as a bathroom facility. We Market the event dates, times, menus and any pre-order links out to our entire city.

Our venue has taken off since it's inception in January of 2025! We are excited about getting the 2026 schedule rolling for early March of this year!

For anyone interested in setting up with us, all we require is a current COI with our property owner listed as additionally insured, a picture of your menu and any marketing material you may have, and a commitment to open on the scheduled day at 11:00 and serve until 2:00.

Lastly, because it is a lunch venue, we do ask that you have 15 minute or less ticket times or have the capability of pre-ordering via Street Food Finder or similar app.

We look forward to trying to be the best host we can for you all in 2026!
