Summer still has its grip on us, but behind the scenes, we’ve already set a date for what comes next.

The plans are in motion. And a new season at M+Co is closer than you think.

Before our coffee becomes part of our community, it begins in another.

Our coffee is grown in Costa Rica at Café Rivense del Chirripó , where the land, climate, people, and process all become part of what you eventually taste in your cup.

That’s one of the reasons we love serving our natural process Costa Rican coffee as our drip. It’s vibrant, naturally sweet, and full of flavor before we ever add a thing to it.

No cream. No sugar. Just coffee.

We want you to taste where it came from. To experience Costa Rican coffee simply and purely, and appreciate all of the care that happened long before it reached our roaster in Adrian.

From the community that grows it, to the communities we serve it in.
