Some of our favorite moments happen behind the counter like this one, learning about our newest pour over straight from the source.

Elie Gabor of Hilchos Coffee Roasting Company walked us through this cup: a single origin, direct trade coffee grown by Juan Carlos Manueles Ventura in Santa Elena, La Paz, Honduras.It’s a Pache varietal, grown at 1,720 meters ASL and processed as a 192 anaerobic fermentation — smooth, not bitter, with beautiful fruity, winey notes best enjoyed black.

From the coffee cherries to the cup, it’s a whole process — and we’re excited to share it with you ☕ Now being served Cafe DeMi!
