Hello, so much going on right now. I turned my paperwork into the Health Department. Finally finished my menu and have to get that turned in. I will release my menu after I get approval from the Health Department. When we do finally open we are gonna do a soft opening with a limited menu so my staff can get comfortable in their position and menu. Eventually we will also be opening a Dirty soda trailer. Right now it is being painted. I’m also working on some events for out back. I’m hoping to have a monthly arts show, maybe a Wednesday night farmers market and small car show. I’m also looking into doing a movie night. But right now my 1st priority is to get the restaurant open up.

Hello, I am looking at hiring one more person. This position will be on Monday and Tuesdays approximately four hours a day. We will be closed so you won’t have to deal with the public and your only jobs will be cleaning which includes cleaning the fryers and grease trap, wiping everything down and if you have time a little bit of prep work. pay is $15 an hour. You will have to get your Illinois food handlers license. Message me and we can set up an interview. 

Is there anyone out there or know someone that works on these? It definitely isn’t cooling the place down at all.

Hello everyone. I was just wanting to update everyone on the progress. I’m hoping by Friday that all the little projects that needed finished are completed. Fingers crossed. Then I will be able to get back in there and clean and organize everything again. Then I can finally get with the health department to get open. Now to the surprise I was talking about. I have a small concession trailer that will be going in to be painted and will be parked right outside Moms front porch grill that we will be selling Dirty sodas and other amazing drinks. It’s called Moms backyard sips. I can’t wait to finally open. Thanks to everyone for all their support.

Hello, I’m looking to hire someone who can help me finish fixing a few things around the restaurant. Hopefully we will start next week. During the week we will be working a few hours during the evening and then weekend probably start early afternoon. I’m hoping to be able to get in there and get everything done within a couple weeks.
