A testimonial from the man behind it all! My name is Michael Huettig, and I’m the owner of Hüttig Kaffee, a small coffee trailer in Taylors, South Carolina.
Coffee has always held a special place in my life. Some of my earliest memories are of sneaking little sips from my mom and dad’s coffee in the morning—and I’ve loved it ever since. When I was 10 years old, I lost my father. As I got older, I knew I wanted to create something meaningful: something that would allow me to carry on my father’s legacy while also sharing the love of the Lord with everyone I meet.
That’s what Hüttig Kaffee is about. My goal is to serve bold, strong coffee paired with authentic, handcrafted syrups, but more importantly, to serve it with joy. Whether it’s a smile, a kind conversation, or simply a great cup of coffee, I hope everyone who drives through leaves with a little more light in their day than when they arrived.
