Freeze-dried macarons: my newest experiment! Tastes like regular macarons but much crunchier (and shelf stable). The caramel ones became particularly puffy. 👀

Good news! You can now easily choose your flavors on the website just by selecting the boxes and quantities (12-pack orders will already have all 12 flavors selected as a default but can easily be adjusted).

Read the flyer below to get a special, limited-time discount code! Ordering will close on December 12; any requests after that should be messaged to me and will be based upon availability. Please leave a note at checkout stating on what day you would like to pick up your order (starting December 18). Remember that macarons freeze well so you don't have to pick them up at the last minute. 😉

Don’t forget that today is the last chance to get in your Valentine’s Day orders!

Hi all! Can you believe that Valentine’s Day is only three weeks away?!? Time to take down those Christmas decorations and get in your macaron orders! I’ve also got some news that will be exciting for some of you and a bummer for others: I am cutting artificial food dyes out of my macarons. I’ve always strived to use all-natural flavors but it’s time to step things up a notch (and stay a step ahead of the FDA). That said, these dyes are the key to vibrant macaron colors and there aren’t many great alternatives for baked goods, but I will be experimenting with natural food powders this weekend. Regardless, you can still expect the same great flavors… maybe even better!

All macaron orders must be placed by 11:59 PM on Thursday, February 6 and can be picked up starting Wednesday, February 12 from my house in Taylors. Orders can be made through the website below or by messaging me. The default for all orders will be the full six-flavor assortment (x2 for twelve-packs) unless otherwise specified at the time of your order (specify any modifications in the “Note to Seller” box at checkout or by messaging me).

Experimenting with natural coloring for the raspberry white chocolate, lavender honey, and passion fruit macarons. Not super vibrant but they’re still kind of pretty and more importantly, they taste delicious!

Hi all! Just a friendly reminder that the deadline for macaron orders is 9 PM TODAY (I did extend it by a few hours 🙂). I always make a few extra for the procrastinators but there are no guarantees! These make great stocking stuffers or coworker/teacher/neighbor gifts. They’re also a big hit on the dessert table for your holiday gatherings (remember that they freeze well if you prefer to hang onto them until New Year’s Day). 😋

🎁There are six flavors available and you will *not* be able to “cherry-pick”—a half-dozen will include all six flavors; one dozen will include two of each flavor.
🎁Orders will cut off on Friday, December 13 at 5:00 PM—any requests after that time will be based upon availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.
🎁Pickup can be scheduled December 16-23 from my home in Taylors (I will just need to know the day and a general timeframe—morning, afternoon, or evening--you can leave a note in the checkout section).
