Whenever we create something new, we always find ourselves coming back to our roots.

🥥🥃 Meet San Nacho. Inspired by the traditional Mexican cocada, a beloved sweet that's especially meaningful in San Ignacio, this cocktail combines our house-made cocada syrup with the bold character of Detroit City Distillery's Hot Honey Bourbon.

In this drink, toasted coconut meets hot honey in a luscious, maple-rimmed cocktail. Sweet, smooth, and rooted in tradition.

Available for a limited time at both La Jalisciense locations.

Cada taco tiene su propio proceso, y los tacos de cabeza no son la excepción.

La cabeza de res se cuece al v***r lentamente durante horas hasta volverse increíblemente suave y llena de sabor. Servido de la forma tradicional con cebolla, cilantro, tu salsa favorita y un toque de limón, es un taco que demuestra que las grandes cosas toman tiempo.

Some things just can’t be rushed. Our carnitas is one of them. 🥩🔥

It all starts at the butcher shop with the right cuts. From there, it’s hours of careful preparation and slow cooking (almost five hours) until every piece of meat reaches that tender, juicy perfection that only patience can deliver.

This is a classic Mexican flavor done the way it was meant to be done. No shortcuts. No compromises.

Start with our app. Choriqueso, a great way to “break the ice”. We make it with four cheeses, our house-made chorizo, and serve it with crispy chips. A favorite that's simple and for everyone! 🔥🧀
