📣 NOW HIRING – FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER / LEAD SERVER

The Senate Restaurant – Taylor, MI

We’re looking for an experienced, dependable and motivated Front of House Manager / Lead Server to help lead our team and take ownership of the guest experience.

This is a hands-on leadership position. We need someone who can take charge of the floor, lead by example and recognize what needs to be done without constantly being directed.

Responsibilities include:
• Leading and supporting the FOH team
• Making sure every guest is greeted and taken care of
• Keeping service moving during busy shifts
• Running food and assisting with carryouts
• Handling guest cash-outs
• Touching tables and resolving guest concerns
• Keeping staff productive and accountable
• Communicating with the kitchen
• Opening/closing responsibilities
• Jumping in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly

Restaurant leadership experience is preferred, but experienced lead servers and strong servers ready to take the next step are encouraged to apply.

⭐ Weekend availability is especially important.
⏰ Restaurant hours: 7 AM – 8 PM
