Happy Birthday to the one and only Walter Gonzales!!!
Today we celebrate not just our beloved father and grandfather, but the founder of Fajitas on Wheels — the man who started it all with hard work, heart, and a passion for feeding our community.
Because of you, generations of people in Taylor have grown up on those famous breakfast tacos and fajitas. You’ve built more than a business… you’ve built a legacy that our family is so proud to carry on.
Thank you for the early mornings, the long days, the recipes, the stories, and most of all, for the love you’ve always given us. We are who we are because of you.
Happy Heavenly Birthday, Walter Gonzales. We love you more than words can say. Here’s to many more years of health, laughter, and family around the table.🌮🎉
