It is officially fall... Technically. The calendar says Autumn, Florida says, “Cute. Here’s 88° and humidity.”

So while the rest of the country starts breaking out sweaters and hot coffee, we’ll be over here doing what we love best:

Iced coffee. Cold Brew. Iced Lattes. No seasonal shame. Because in Florida, it’s never too early for iced coffee… and apparently never too late either.

🥞 Happy National Pancake Day! 🥞

We have an announcement to make…

We don’t have pancakes. 😂

We do, however, have WAFFLES — which are basically pancakes that got their life together, developed structural integrity, and created tiny little syrup pockets like responsible breakfast professionals.

Do we love pancakes? Absolutely. ❤️
Do we respect pancakes? Of course.

Do we still think waffles are superior?
Also yes. Very much yes.

Crispy edges. Fluffy centers. Butter-holding capabilities. Syrup containment technology. It’s really not a fair fight.

So today, we raise a fork to our flat breakfast cousins while continuing to proudly serve the W in BTW Burgers Tacos Waffles.
