Do you LOVE cupcakes, creativity, and making people smile? We’re looking for someone who would love to become part of our Sugardarlings family and work across all three of our locations!

What you’ll be doing:
🧁 Baking our delicious cupcakes
🧁Decorating and creating beautiful cupcakes
😊 Providing AMAZING customer service, this is a must
🧹 Keeping our shops sparkling clean
❤️ Helping create the sweet, welcoming experience our customers have come to love

Dolly Parton has always been someone who reminds us that kindness, generosity, and simply caring about others can make such a big difference. Her music has brought so much joy to so many people, and her heart for children and education is something we truly admire.

Today we’re celebrating one of our amazing staff members as she gets ready to head off to college!

Ava has been such an incredible asset to our Sugardarlings team. Her hard work, dedication, kindness, and beautiful smile have meant so much to all of us. Ava has brought so much joy to our shop and to our customers, and we are truly going to miss having her with us!

We couldn’t be more proud of you darling and can’t wait to follow all that lies ahead. ❤️

We are looking to add an additional (responsible, companionate, happy) Sugardarlings family member who will serve our customers with a smile!
Although these will be primarily Pcustomer service positions, high volume baking and cupcake decorating experience is a big plus! This position is working between our NPR/TRINITY, LUTZ and TARPON locations.

💜 Warm Hearted Wednesday 💜

Today from 1:00 PM until close, we’re inviting our amazing community to help spread a little extra kindness.

All cupcakes are just $1 each when you bring a donation to help restock a local boutique that provides essential items to children and families in need.

We’re collecting:
New children’s socks
New children’s underwear
Laundry pods
Full-size toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, deodorant, etc.)

Every donation, big or small, is a reminder that our community has an incredible heart. Together, we can help ensure children and families have access to everyday necessities while enjoying a sweet treat.

My heart is saddened by the unkindness I see in our world and even here in our own community.

We do not all have to share the same political views, religious beliefs, or opinions about how our democracy should work. Healthy disagreement has always been part of what makes our communities stronger.

What we should all be able to agree on is something much simpler: treating one another with kindness, respect, and humanity.

Imagine what could happen if our leaders, our local officials, state representatives, school boards, churches, businesses, and community organizations made unity a priority. Not by asking everyone to think the same, but by encouraging us to listen, care, and remember that we are neighbors first.

Real change does not have to begin in Washington. It can begin right here in our own community, with each conversation, each act of kindness, and each choice to treat someone with dignity even when we disagree.

Let’s create a movement where compassion is louder than anger, respect is stronger than division, and kindness becomes contagious.

Our community deserves that. Our children deserve that. And so do we. ❤️

Your support of our Give Sweetness Back Day was beyond anything we could have imagined.

Because of your kindness, our community came together to donate canned goods, bottled water, feminine hygiene products, socks, and other much-needed essentials that will help those in need who are served at Community Congregational Church-New Port Richey, FL
