The Passion for Pizza...

Growing up I always had a passion for food, mostly eating it! This passion only grew as the years went on. In my highschool years I attended JCAA (Jacobson Culinary Arts Academy) where I learned the basics to the culinary game. At first I saw this as an opportunity to make myself some delicious food for friends and family, but it led to jobs in the culinary field that allowed me the opportunity to open up a restaurant of my own.
