We use only 100% certified organic unbleached flour in our pizza dough - grown and milled at Central Milling in Utah. We make every effort to consistently sourc

e from our local farmers and take pride in serving uncured, natural and organic meats, local honey, fruit, cheese, herbs and other Northern New Mexico products.
