Ahi tuna ceviche. Made with a little heat, mango red onion and much more. Served with chips and a drizzle of Chipotle mayo.

We just added a gluten free special. Entomatadas - 2 cheese enchiladas with a wonderful tomato based salsa/sauce served with your choice.of chicken, steak or shrimp with a side.of calabacitas. Our blue corn huarache is also a gluten free dish. Not only is the blue corn huarache is gluten free but we are now serving it with a gluten free green salsa/sauce instead.of the red or green Chile. You can still have them, just let us know you want it.

So it's official. We now have our full liquor license. Thought it was going to take longer. We are needing a bartender/server asap. This person would help with the initial setup of the bar and our drink menu. Primary job will be the bar but you will also be able take tables in your area, which will be upstairs. We are family owned and have an amazing crew. Please come in and talk to Francisco.

Het Taos!! We have expanded. We are now serving up and downstairs so we are needing additional servers. We are also working getting our full liquor license so bartending experience I a plus. Please stop in and talk with one of the owners. Hope to see you soon!!
