Pint Size Park and S'mores Trailside for Outdoor Seasonal Fun. When the cornerstone for Barley Creek Brewing Company was laid in 1792, it marked the start of what would become one of the most historic buildings in America. The building would eventally grow to include 132 rooms, 35 bathrooms, 28 fireplaces, a tennis court, swimming pool, movie theatre and bowling alley. Hey, we’re sure the White House is a nice place and all, but we’re just saying… we’d rather be at Barley Creek. Okay, here’s the official history… On December 15, 1995, Eileen and Trip Ruvane opened Barley Creek Brewing Company, the first microbrewery in the Pocono Mountains since Prohibition. “Love this place. Come every time I visit the area. The b**r is good, the food is good, the staff are friendly and helpful. Recommend grabbing some b**r and spirits to take home. Also, love the "Pint Size Park" when traveling with the kids. It can get crowded so if you're waiting for a table the kids can run around and burn off some energy.”

We were honored to be part of the Folds of Honor Golf Tournament on Monday at the Saucon Valley Country Club. From the incredible event to the powerful stories and speakers, it was a day that truly left an impression on our team.

We’re grateful to have been part of such a meaningful event and to spend the day surrounded by an amazing community of people coming together to support a great cause. ❤️
