•Brisket is ONLY available THIS WEEKEND (7/16-7/19)
•Brisket is NOT available on Uber Eats/DoorDash, but you can call the restaurant to place a pickup order (813-223-7320)
•Friday-Sunday, brisket will start being served at our lunch hours (11AM)

STOP YOUR SCROLL ‼️ Some of the best ideas come from two Seminole Heights small business owners geeking out over food. 😅🔥

Getting to collab with a fellow local business is one of the best parts of owning a restaurant. We had way too much fun meshing the Vietnamese flavors of Bamboozle with the smokey bbq flavors of Station House. In doing so, three masterpieces were created:

💥 Brisket Pho - our house made spiced to perfection broth with the tender brisket as the protein
💥 Brisket Banh Mi - a spin on a local favorite the Pho-rench Dip
💥 Brisket Fresh Roll - a Bamboozle staple stuffed with brisket + Station House pickles + a blend of their Carolina bbq sauce for dipping

ONE WEEK ONLY LIMITED QUANTITY ‼️ next Thursday 7/16 to Sunday 7/19 at Bamboozle Heights.

We’ve had some requests to bring back our Saigon Salad for summer. If we get enough comments below in its favor, then we will listen to the people. Speak now or forever hold your peace. 🤫

p.s. Saigon Salad is inspired by Vietnamese noodle salad. It consists of your protein of choice with crunchy cabbage + carrots, fresh herbs, crunchy toppings and a house-made zesty dressing.

Lynn recently took a little field trip down the Seminole Heights street to for their famous smoked brisket and just…brought it back. No plan. No recipe. No idea.

The whole staff is currently standing around the kitchen staring at a pile of brisket with their mouths watering.

Yeah you read that right. Our crispy rice paper “bagels” are available for breakfast every Friday-Sunday, 9:30AM-12:30PM at Bamboozle Heights.

🥯 Try out our “Mr. Tampa Bay Breakfast Bagel:”
Scrambled egg, scallion cream cheese, fried spam, topped with sesame seeds

🥯 And our NEW Lox Bagel:
Scrambled egg, smoked salmon cream cheese, capers, topped in our house scallion sauce
