A lot of long days and even longer nights went into these oxtail birria tacos.
From testing recipes over and over, to dialing in that deep red consommé, to getting the balance just right — every detail mattered.

This isn’t just something I threw together. It’s something I worked for.
Slow-braised oxtail, crispy cheesy tortillas, rich flavor in every bite… the kind of tacos you remember.

I’d truly love the opportunity to compete or be part of the Grand Tasting at the Tampa Bay Wine & Food Festival this year. I believe in what I’m serving, and I know these tacos can stand with the best out there.
