Pollo alla Diavola is back and it brings the heat. 🌶️🔥

A guest favorite returns as our special feature: a semi-boneless half-chicken rubbed with mustard and spicy Calabrian peppers, roasted until juicy and finished with a tangy sherry vinegar–roasted red pepper sauce.

Served with patate salti, it’s bold, savory and packed with the fiery flavor that made this special a favorite in the first place.

Back for a limited time at Casa Santo Stefano. Come get it while it’s here. ❤️‍🔥

Starting today, 5% of your check can support a local nonprofit you choose. 🧡

The 29th Annual Community Harvest is officially underway at participating 1905 Family of Restaurants locations across Florida.

From Sept. 1–30, when you dine with us, 5% of your check will support the participating local nonprofit you select, at no additional cost to you.

Here’s how it works: A Community Harvest ballot is presented with your check. Simply choose the participating nonprofit you’d like to support, and we’ll donate 5% of your check to that organization.

Over the past 28 years, Community Harvest has provided $4.8 million to Florida nonprofits selected by our guests, helping organizations that serve communities across the state.

Community Harvest is taking place throughout September at participating locations of Columbia Restaurant, Columbia Cafe, Ulele, Casa Santo Stefano and Cha Cha Coconuts.

You dine. You choose. We donate 5%.

Eat Well. 🍴Do Good. 🫂

More than 250 years old, brought to Casa from Lake Lucerne, Switzerland, by fourth-generation caretaker Richard Gonzmart. 🎠

And somehow, this marble pony feels right at home.

Quietly tucked upstairs on Casa’s wine mezzanine, it’s more than a sculpture. It’s another piece of the story.

Long before this space became Casa Santo Stefano, the Ferlita family lived and worked here. In the 1920s, this building was their macaroni factory, but it was also their home. They slept upstairs, raised their children, shared meals and made pasta all under one roof.

That history is still part of Casa today. Inspired by Sicily and built around Sunday suppers, family legacy and the stories of Tampa’s Sicilian immigrants, this space was designed to honor the people who came before us. Even the marble sculpture feels tied to that spirit, carved from stone like the marble found in Sicily’s ancient quarries.

Standing near it feels like stepping into something real. A room that once held a family’s everyday life. A reminder of where we come from, what we carry forward and why gathering around the table matters.

Come see it for yourself.
