Ginger Beard Coffee

We are a coffee shop operating out of the Pour House in Grand Central. Our name is a combination of who we are and what we will serve you. We have two of the best ginger beards in the Tampa area, and that is where the Ginger Beard in our name comes from. The second part of our name, Coffee, is because we serve up some amazing coffee!!! Our coffee is roasted by Tampa's own Buddy Brew, who craftily

roast each bean to bring out the natural flavors that the coffee offers. We take the coffee they roast and serve it to you four ways: brewed coffee, espresso, espresso with milk, and nitrogen infused cold brew. What is nitrogen infused cold brew you ask? It is our passion and what sets us apart for the coffee shop closest to you. We take coffee, cold brew it for 20 hours, put it in a keg and then pressurize it with nitrogen. The coffee and nitrogen mix together in the keg and come out with the texture of a Guinness, and the full flavor of the coffee bean, minus the acidity and bitterness you are used to. We have four different cold brews on tap making up Tampa's first Cold Brew Nitro Bar. We are glad to give you samples to allow you to choose the perfect coffee for your day. We have taken our love for craft beer and are incorporating it into our cold brewing. We are adding natural flavors, like cacao nibs and hops, to accentuate the natural flavors the beans produce, to take your coffee drinking experiences to another level. Our firth item pairs perfectly with the coffee we serve, and is also created by a local Tampa business who pours their heart and souls in to what they do. That item is doughnuts from Datz Dough. We have three varieties on a daily basis: maple bacon, fruity pebbles, and crème brulee. Come on by and check out for yourself what we mean when we say Good Beards, Better Coffee!!!
