PIZZAMAKERS
We have immediate openings at Wood Fired Pizza for experienced Pizza Makers. Full time and part time. Your pay will largely be determined by how fast and how well you can hand stretch dough then make and bake pies & prep toppings.

We are an award winning artisanal pizza wine bar seeking well seasoned pizza professionals who are passionate about their craft. For immediate consideration, please come by our store at 2822 E. Bearss Ave and stretch a couple of dough balls for us during normal business hours. Pay ranges from $14 - $20/hour and depends on experience.

SERVERS
We are also hiring experienced servers. If you are tired of splitting your tips with endless bartenders, bus boys, etc., we ask you to do a little more but you get to keep a lot more. Must have deep experience with adding value by offering genuine hospitality, an artisanal menu, craft beer and fine wine. Exceptional opportunity for the right hospitality professional.

We are currently testing the following: Creme Fraiche sauce infused with saffron, King Crab Legs sauteed in garlic butter, Housemade Fresh Mozzarella, Asiago, Fontina, Smoked Provolone, Parmesan, & Caviar.
