It’s kind of surreal. On Wednesday I made the very last batch of Rev ice cream ever. I am out of dairy so what we have now is what we have. Yesterday I spent the day just being thankful for all the years we were able to serve you. Today I made the final deliveries to our shops. We will try to stay open thru Sunday but when it’s gone, it’s gone forever. In the mean time enjoy this series of pictures of our youngest son Liam. We started when he was 4 and all he did was enjoy the ice cream. Now he is 16 and actually works for me making the cream.

We will be closing at both locations permanently. Health related issues as well as economic problems are the main reasons. We have enjoyed all these years of serving you. Thank you to all of our loyal customers. This was a tough decision but in the end it is necessary. We love you all and will miss you. In this time I am reminded that we should keep our minds on what’s truly important which is not the things of this world but His forever Kingdom. Jesus explains that all we need will be provided. There is no need for anxious thoughts about tomorrow. “For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all. But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. “Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.”

It’s National ice cream month and we are featuring two new flavors for your enjoyment. Rev’s Rockin Road is chocolate ice cream with a touch of cinnamon added in and then chock full of peanuts, marshmallows, chocolate chips and caramel bits. PB Pi is a peanut butter/cheesecake base with Reese’s Pieces and chocolate pie crust mixed in.
