Luigi Cavallaro, chef, was born and raised in Bolzano, Italy. He attended culinary school at Merano, Italy. Luigi moved to his wife's hometown of Tampa in 1997 when he started "Luigi's Catering". After 12 years of quality service in the Tampa Bay area he decided to open Trattoria Pasquale (named after his father). We hope you feel like family when you visit our restaurant.
