we are ripping a happy hour & we’re hanging with our friends Cigar City Brewing tomorrow 8/7 from 4–7pm to celebrate a collaborative beer we brewed together a few weeks back:

*these house made croquetas are no joke! thick, creamy béchamel loaded with chopped ham and a splash of wet-hop, drop top ipa, rolled in breadcrumbs and fried until perfectly crisp. don’t sleep on this one. 🤯

we toured the UF/IFAS hopyard in wimauma, fl & checked out harvesting demos, met the team, and got a firsthand look at how is exploring new possibilities for hops production right here in florida.

this week’s feature is dedicated to the mighty fine crew, the beautiful weirdos responsible for all the burgers, good times, and french onion bois you know and love.

gone but not forgotten. our mighty fine fam is taking the week off to recalibrate, recharge, refresh... and hopefully remember who they are outside of a kitchen. we miss them dearly, but they’ll be back next week. when they return, the only acceptable order is approximately 10,000 french onion bois per person.
⠀
until then, fear not. our south florida family has been absolutely taking over the kitchen this week and they’re not letting off the gas. venezuelan-inspired comfort food, and enough flavor to make you forget your phone is in your hand. they’ll be slinging freshness all weekend from 9:30am until close.
