🌱 Inspiration from the Road! 🌱
As vegan business owners, we are always looking for ways to grow, learn, and better serve our community. Even when we are traveling! Right now, we are visiting the Vegan International Co. Kitchen & Market in Tampa, FL, and they are doing something we absolutely love: they offer à la carte plate concept. It is completely on point! (Just look at this plate! 😍)
This visit was a breath of fresh air, especially after yesterday's experience at a different vegan restaurant where we couldn't order a single thing because every dish relied strictly on seitan.
For those who struggle to digest seitan, tofu, soy, and pea protein, finding a truly satisfying meal on the road can be incredibly limiting and frustrating. It was a powerful reminder to vegan owners everywhere that not everyone wants or can eat heavy meat alternatives. If we want to truly service everyone, we have to expand our thinking and lean into the beauty of whole foods.
We are so inspired by this meal, and we cannot wait to get back into the Bereisheet 129 kitchen to create and offer something similar for you all.
Clean, creative, and truly accessible plant-based cuisine for all has always been our motto. Glad to see others are embracing this as well. Catch you soon! July 24th will be here before you know it. We will keep you posted on our next stop.
