Celebrating 2 Years at BBQ Time 🎉

🎊 This December marks 2 years since BBQ Time opened its doors right here in Brandon Crossings, and this milestone means a lot to us.

ℹ️ Before BBQ Time, this space was home to First Choice BBQ, a restaurant that served this community for 32 years. I had the privilege of working there for many years, and when the owners retired, we were honored to continue the tradition in the same location, with the same respect for real BBQ and the people who love it.

🍝 Today, we’re proud to still offer First Choice’s Spicy Macaroni Salad, made the way locals have known and loved for decades, and to carry on their legacy by selling their original BBQ sauce right here at BBQ Time.

Thank you to everyone who’s supported us over the past two years, and to those who’ve been coming to this address for generations. We’re grateful to be part of your story and proud to keep the smoke rolling. ❤️

As you know, First Choice BBQ closed its doors in April of 2023. Life has a way of pivoting, so we did too.

We know you’ve come to enjoy our smoke, service and flavor, but with the pivot, and 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬, we decided to provide the flavors you’ve asked for to a location you know, as a Pop-Up.

𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝟏 - 𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐜𝐞 is now available and being served at BBQ Time in limited quantities. You love it; you go get it – more comes your way!

BBQ Time is located at 10113 Adamo Drive (same location as First Choice was), and is owned by one of our previous service members, who smiled with and served you, as well as worked for years with Roger at First Choice.

𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝟐 - What you’ve been asking, begging and bribing for 😜… take a guess… yep, 𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐢 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐝!! This is in progress and the delivery drop date will be revealed upon its release. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐨𝐨𝐧…

Hello BBQ-ers! We know it’s been a minute, but happy you’re still following us here.

Many have been asking and pleading for access to the 𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐢 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐛𝐪 𝐬𝐚𝐮𝐜𝐞. We’re so happy you enjoyed it! 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝟐 may be making a reappearance.

We are actually working to have small options available for you, initially local to the Brandon/Tampa area, with a location you’re familiar with. 😊
Not confirmed, but more to come as news becomes available.
