Hello, Tampa Bay!!

It’s Chanko’s 4th anniversary! We will be closed on Monday 6/1 and Tues 6/2 to celebrate with our crew and do some updates to our kitchen. Resuming normal business hours on Wed 6/3 at 11:30am.

For those who have known us since our Chop Chop Shop/Kind Grinds days, this is actually our 13th year in business. 13 years is a long time dealing with our kind of crazy. Salute!

Through all the different iterations and menu/operational changes (and pi***ng off many of you as a result lol), thank you all for riding with us and keeping us going strong.

It’s been a hell of a ride and we’re not getting off any time soon! Much love, Tampa Bay!

In the next few weeks, we’ll be announcing what's coming down the pike with Chanko and updating you all about that big a** food trailer sitting outside the shop.

That’s a whole other too-long-for-social media post in and of itself. All we’ll say now is that it’s not going to be used for its originally intended purpose. At least not for now…or maybe ever…or who the h*ll knows? Sometimes you just gotta make this sh*t up as you go.
