POV: You roast the grapes… and suddenly the appetizer is the main character. 🍇✨

Roasted grapes, warm and jammy, layered onto crisp crostini with a honey-thyme glaze, pistachio crumble, and delicate Swiss chard microgreens.

Sweet. Savory. Herby. A little crunchy. Completely addictive.

This is what we mean by curated taking simple, beautiful ingredients and turning them into something that feels like an experience.

The best part about this experience was the people. We love being creative, we love cooking and it's funny at times in our every day lives in the middle of the day we'll turn to eachother and say... "I actually can't wait to cook tomorrow"

Why? It's our happy place. It's our place we can devote all attention and its our artistic flow and passion. It doesn't feel like work...

It feels like a purpose.

Beyond thankful for what our career has brought to us including the people and energy in these events.

We are booking up from November to January so keep that in mind. I'll be posting updates on days already booked coming soon.

Also, June - August be mindful we had several weekends in July that were filled up and had to have a wait list. So, please book asap.

Our Sunrise Brunch came out better than we could have imagined it! Maine was amazing! And we loved spending time with everyone and being there to help memories be created!

As luxury Chefs we loved that we were able to work with local Maine farmers to make this even more special! Blueberries & vegetables and local meats and cheeses!
