Trip’s Diner, St Petersburg, FL - I think I’m a grits guys now. Trip’s Diner, originally owned by triplets, operates in St Petersburg and Tampa, FL and is certainly a staple in the Florida community. For over 25 years, Trip’s has provided the classic diner aesthetic with a kind waitstaff, countertop seating, and vintage menu options. Also, the coffee was super smooth.
