Four years ago, this account was filled with decorated sugar cookies. Until things went quiet.

A lot has changed since then.

I’ve spent the last several years working in pastry, learning, growing, and dreaming about creating something that feels more like me.

Something inspired by what I love most— my family.

Merienda Bakehouse is inspired by the simple joy of gathering around something sweet, with flavors that reflect the places and traditions that have shaped me.

I’ll be sharing my process of building this little bakery—from recipe testing and pastry boxes to packaging and seasonal menus.
