TOMORROW, THE NEXT CHAPTER BEGINS. 🇺🇸🔥
We’ve spent a long time getting to this moment, and tomorrow you finally get to experience Liberty Smokehouse in our new home.
We also want everyone to know what to expect—not just tomorrow, but going forward.
This is still Liberty.
Real wood. Real fire. Food made by hand. Briskets that take all night. Sausage made in house. Sauces, pickles, breads and dishes that we’re constantly pushing to make better. We are not interested in becoming a restaurant that simply produces more food—we want to become a better version of everything Liberty was built to be.
Tomorrow, please come with a little patience. ❤️ Our team is learning a completely new rhythm, a new kitchen and a new way of serving you. There may be a line. Things may sell out. Certain items will come and go. And you’re probably going to see us continue changing things as we figure out exactly what this place is capable of.
That’s intentional.
Going forward, expect the classics you came to Liberty for—but also expect us to cook. Really cook. Specials, live-fire dishes, house charcuterie, bread, sausages, desserts and ideas that may only exist for a weekend before we move on to the next one.
We’ve always said this was about more than barbecue.
Good food. Good people. Good purpose.
Thank you to every single person who helped us get here, supported the trailer, stood in line, shared our food, watched us on Triple D, prayed for us and believed there could be something bigger on the other side of all this work.
Tomorrow we light the fires.
And then we keep building.
