Hey Everyone. Today is a bittersweet day. I made it to 50!!! Anyone that knew me in my misspent youth might be surprised but I did it and I have so much for which to be grateful. I am a lucky, lucky father and husband. That is the sweet! My bitter is only that I won't have 1 person here to call me old. I miss Jeremy so much today, and every day, but now I have found a way to honor him. Please take a look at my Uncle Jeremy's Sauce Company Kickstarter page. We're OPEN TODAY! At the Brandon Food Truck Park located at 1010 Lithia Pinecrest Road in Brandon, FL from 11am-2:30pm.

We've updated our menu and you do not wanna miss out! Check out the pics to see our NEW, DELICIOUS sandwich menu. All sandwiches come with a heap of crispy fries!

We ran out of propane today, and that was tough. Right in the middle of an order. That was tougher, arggh, thank you to our friends for their grace and understanding. Food truckin' is tough, and we know that. But we know y'all are gonna love this sandwich, so we will get a refill and get cooking again. See you all on Wednesday!
