It’s Belgian Biere Tuesday!!! This week we’re featuring Rochefort 6, a Belgian Dubbel brewed by the Trappist monks of Abbaye Notre-Dame de Saint-Rémy in Rochefort.

Rochefort 6 pours a deep amber-red color with a persistent, creamy cap of off-white foam. The aroma brings caramelized malt, dark fruit, and toasted bread, touched with clove and herbal spices. The flavor follows with layers of caramel, raisin, and baked fig, balanced by a moderate bitterness that keeps each sip smooth and refined. At 7.5%, it’s full of warmth and character without ever feeling heavy!

It’s Schnitzel Night!

Tonight we are showcasing our Chicken Schnitzel with Lemon Caper sauce because it is always a huge hit! A half-pound chicken breast, pounded thin, breaded, and baked until crisp and golden, finished with that bright, briny sauce and a squeeze of lemon.
