Great food starts long before it reaches the kitchen. 🌾
Our Flor Fina chefs and team recently stepped outside the kitchen and into the pastures of Joe Planz’s Providence Cattle Ranch to see firsthand where our grass-fed beef comes from, right here in Florida.
The visit was a chance to walk the land, meet the ranchers, ask questions and learn more about the care that goes into raising the beef we serve.
For us, farm-to-table is about more than what’s on the plate. It’s about knowing where our ingredients come from, supporting local Florida agriculture and building meaningful relationships with the farmers, ranchers and producers behind them.
