On this weeks adventure in baking we have a twist in the Currants Roll!!
Use the Currants jam we made last week, sprinkle with reserved soaked currants, roll out some store bought puff pastry, spread with jam and reserved currants, cut into strips and twist into a knot! Bake at 375F for 30-40 min. Enjoy!
