This week’s Friday Chef’s Tasting menu will feature beautiful peaches from woven throughout the evening — from entrée to dessert.

Their peach season is incredibly short, often just two or three weeks before they’re completely picked through, so we’re especially grateful to farmers Ryan and Liz for setting aside these beauties for us.

A surprise porch delivery from one of our farmers this morning, and suddenly Friday night’s menu began to take shape.

We never share the full details ahead of time, but you’ll definitely see these shish*to peppers alongside our favorite hanger steak — and those blackberries will find their way into dessert. ✨
