Happy one year to our Front of House Manager, Karly! 💛
She joined Hawthorn with a background in leadership, a love for people, and a fresh perspective that quickly became such an important part of our team. Over the past year, she has grown with us, guided our front of house, and helped spread sincere hospitality we’re so proud to share.
“My first year at Hawthorn has been a wonderful whirlwind of learning, teamwork, friendships, and building connections through the delivery of sincere hospitality. A plant lover at heart, I’d held management positions in several garden centers but not yet a restaurant! I was very excited to transfer my unique skillset to Hawthorn and manage the Front of House. The learning never stops, and that’s what I love most. I truly enjoy the connections I’ve made here, both with staff and guests. I value the safe and enjoyable space that Hawthorn provides for our community, and I look forward to the growth and evolution that will continue!”
