Experience Asia is THIS Saturday! 🎉

We’re excited to be joining this year’s festival hosted by Asian Coalition of Tallahassee from 10am-6pm with the LINK trailer, serving up some of your favorites throughout the day.

And of course, we’ll be bringing the Bánh Mì Sausage! We teamed up with Viet Vu to create this special in honor of Experience Asia, featuring our Vietnamese-inspired garlic, ginger, and cilantro sausage with garlic aioli, mushroom pâté, bánh mì pickled slaw, fresh jalapeños, and cilantro.

Unfortunately, we’ll be closing early today due to circumstances outside of our control. We’ve lost power with an extremely delayed restoration time from the City.

This has taken a big hit on our Tuesday dinner service, so we’d really appreciate a little extra love from everyone this week. Bring a friend, or a few, and enjoy to cooler weather on the patio!

Have you tried our Bánh Mì Sausage yet? If not, you should definitely stop in this week and give it a try.

We teamed up with Viet Vu to create the Bánh Mì Sausage, our take on the classic Vietnamese sandwich. It starts with a Vietnamese-inspired garlic, ginger, and cilantro sausage on a rustic Italian bun, topped with garlic aioli, mushroom pâté, bánh mì pickled slaw, fresh jalapeños, and cilantro.

It’s available NOW in store while supplies last. Stop by, grab one with your favorite beer, and enjoy it while you still can before we head to the Experience Asia festival on September 26!
