If you're looking for that (future award-winning) Cuban sandwich we've become famous for around Tallahassee over the years, look for us 4 days a week at Tallahassee Community College serving as part of the 7 Hills Catering group.

We build it from scratch - Cuban bread from Tampa, 24-hour brined pork shoulder (brined in cilantro, fresh oranges and garlic cloves), black forrest ham, aged swiss cheese, thick-cut pickles and cumin-infused mustard. 👀

It's truly a one-of-a-kind sandwich! 🇨🇺

Currently, the Cuban is the only thing we offer from our former menu, but we also tested out our equally famous "Balboa" Philly Cheesesteak last weekend when we served it at FSU ahead of the game - and it was a HIT! 🥩🧅🫑🧀

Maybe - just maybe - we'll bring that to the TCC menu too! 🤔 🚚 😎

You can find the Slide Hustle Cuban Monday through Thursday at 444 Appleyard Dr. from 10:30 am. to 2:30 pm. If you've missed our food, now you know where to find it!

That famous Slide Hustle menu makes its return on Saturday at Doak Campbell Stadium as part of the 7 Hills Catering Group of food trucks on hand for the pregame FSU Ford Fan Fest on Langford Green. Well be on hand around 1 pm and open until about 30 minutes before kickoff between ! 👊 ✊️ 🤛

For starters, the Slide Hustle's baller Cuban - with slow smoked pulled pork on fresh La Segunda Central Bakery Cuban bread from Tampa - is back! And more of our old menu of classics will be available soon!

Our boy - a alum - used to help us run the Slide Hustle until the lures of college life took him away! 😭😭😭

But here's the good news: Mitch didn't just work there, he loved the food he helped put out too. So now, he's a customer! 🙌🙌🙌

So if you see this guy in the DEEP Brewing Company tasting room crushing a slider in one hand, a pile of onion rings in the other - and chasing it with our homemade BBQ sauce 😆 - don't be alarmed!
