Well, today is Sunday (6/14). We are going to finish out this week with the same menu as yesterday. Due to the fact that we will be closed next weekend (6/18-6/21), we are doing our best to run out of the items that will have to be thrown away! You all have no idea how much your on-going support means to us.

Update about Hilltop…

We will be open on Friday 6/12/26….but
The Man behind the magic, the laughs behind the counter…The Bossman, is still down and out and unable to be present SOOOOO
We will only be open for the deli tomorrow ( Not The Kitchen). Subs/sandwiches/wraps/salads. We are trying our best to be able to do something, and this is what we can do.
Come see us, try something new, add a new favorite to your menu. Thank you all again for understanding.

WE ARE SORRY TO SAY…
Hilltop will be closed tomorrow, Thurs 6/11/26

We have mechanical issues ———
———-The big walk in freezer went down

We have medical issues ————-
————The BossMan went down

We are doing our best to fix both of these things, and we should be back up and mostly running Friday morning. We know with the upcoming closure, that this is unfortunate, and we don’t want to have to close, but we have absolutely no choice.
