Now Hiring: Tea Room Associate

All Things Tea at Rabbit Creek Market is looking for a warm, dependable, and energetic Tea Room Associate to join our team!

All Things Tea is a small, unique tea room offering traditional afternoon tea, specialty teas, light food, private events, and a welcoming experience for our guests. With only eight tables, our team works closely together, and everyone plays an important role in creating a memorable experience.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable doing a little bit of everything!

What You'll Do

Responsibilities may include:

Preparing and plating food for tea service
Assisting with food prep and maintaining food safety standards
Expediting and ensuring orders are accurate and beautifully presented
Greeting and serving guests
Explaining our menu and helping guests choose teas
Preparing and serving a variety of teas
Providing attentive table service during Afternoon Tea and special events
Preparing for private parties and catering events
Restocking tea, food, and retail items
Cleaning and maintaining the tea room throughout the day
Assisting with opening and closing duties
Jumping in wherever needed to help the team!
We're Looking for Someone Who Is:
Friendly, welcoming, and enjoys working with people
Dependable and responsible
Comfortable working independently as well as part of a small team
Organized and able to multitask during busy tea services
Interested in food, tea, hospitality, or creating special guest experiences
Willing to learn about our menu and tea selections
Able to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and special events
Comfortable working in a small business where every day may look a little different!

Food Safety Certification is required for this role.

Hours & Pay

This position offers a consistent part-time schedule with opportunities for additional hours based on reservations, private events, catering, and seasonal business.

We are hoping to find someone who would like to become an important part of our small team and grow with us.

Starting pay: $17.50 per hour (plus tips) based on experience and qualifications.
