We open at 10 a.m. and will be there until sold out!

We are EGG-cited to serve at Ology Brewing Company for the first time Friday!

We'll be there starting at 7 a.m. and we'll be cooking it up until we run out of our signature breakfast sammies!

Tomorrow we have a special treat as the Eggcitementtlh Food Truck will be serving up unique breakfast sandwiches and we’ll be slinging all kinds of tasty coffees!

Your next chance to catch EggCitement will be Friday, Aug. 13, at Ology Brewing Company from 7 a.m. until sold out during their latest Ology Coffee Co. event!

Come out and try our MONSTER breakfast sandwiches made with fluffy scrambled cheese-eggs, your choice of thick-cut bacon, black forest ham, slow-roasted Korean pork belly or spinach, then topped with custom homemade hollandaise sauces and nestled on fresh-baked The Hawthorn Bistro & Bakery bread.

Our last three brunch pop-ups at Happy Motoring have been KILLER, so we decided, "Let's do a breakfast pop-up next!"

EggCitement may be the new guys on the Tallahassee food truck block, but we've been fortunate to have the help of some awesome culinary students to get us going.

Leon culinary programs gives local students vital on-the-job training that they need to begin a career in hospitality as soon as they graduate.

We just wanted to take a moment to say "THANK YOU AGAIN!" to everyone who came out to our "Comeback" pop-up brunch at Happy Motoring on Sunday.

We appreciate all those who tried our gourmet monster breakfast sandwiches with homemade hollandaise sauces on them - the feedback we got was amazing! And how about that The Hawthorn Bistro & Bakery bread they came on, tho ... ? 😋 😋 🍞 💯

And a BIG thanks to Happy Motoring for allowing us to serve from their beautiful location at 1215 S. Adams, home of Big Brother Food Truck .

Also, props to fellow local biz The Frother's Daughter for keeping folks hydrated and caffeinated all day, and to for the terrific music during the event. The addition of those two really made for an amazing atmosphere!

We will hopefully be doing more of these in the future, so stay tuned to our social media (Insta, FB and Twitter) for details and announcements.

The weather was amazing 🌞. The Frother's Daughter coffee mixers were on point ☕. had the crowd vibing to his beats 🎶 And - if we do say so ourselves - our MONSTER sandwiches served on The Hawthorn Bistro & Bakery bread were on point! 🥚 🥓 🧀 🍞
