Hey friends of All Saints Cafe, we've got some really bad news. We've struggled through a number of set backs over the last couple years from neighborhood construction, COVID, broken equipment, building repairs, and increased costs. We've just barely found a way to make it work for years now. Unfortunately, it seems that is coming to an end.
As it stands, it is clear to us that we have to close the store permanently. This is a decision made with a very heavy heart. We just haven't been doing enough business to keep up. We'll be staying open through next week or so to ensure we can make enough to pay the wages owed to the non-owner employees.
All Saints has been a central part of the lives of the current owners for over the last 10 years and many of us came here as customers even before that. It's been a labor of love. I'm sure it's been important to many of you as well. It's always felt to us like a place you can be whoever you are and we hope that's come through. We love you. We're sorry to have to say goodbye.
PS -with this announcement, the trivia/birthday event scheduled for this Friday will not be happening. We'll still be having a 10% off deal all day to celebrate because we DID MAKE IT to 18 years and we'll have some treats and stuff. You're all welcome to come. It just doesn't feel right to have a whole event and just pretend we're all good.
