We’re sad to share that our wonderful Taylor will soon be leaving Ology Coffee.

Taylor has been such an integral part of building the community at Midtown. Not only do they know your name and your drink, but they’ll probably remember that project you mentioned last time and ask how it’s been going.

Before they head out, Taylor will be holding a portrait session at Ology Brewing Co - Midtown on Tuesday, June 16th and Tuesday, June 23rd from 8am to 10am. You can stop by to participate in the session or simply take a look at their portrait series.

Taylor is going to be impossible to replace and so deeply missed. Make sure to stop by and let them know if they’ve made your time at Ology Coffee a little brighter. We know their impact will stick around long after they’re gone.

Made for Pride Month and anyone who loves a colorful sip, this matcha latte is made with Fruity Pebbles cereal matcha, strawberry sauce, and butterfly pea powder vanilla cold foam for a sweet, creamy, nostalgic drink.

This bright and bubbly coffee drink is made with espresso, blueberry, raspberry, and blackberry syrup, ginger, and tonic for a refreshing morning pick-me-up.

This week, we’ve been featuring our Spring Matcha Latte for our Limited Series, and it’s been a hit! It’s made with a delicious blend of matcha, strawberry, rose, milk, vanilla, and rose cold foam.

Our Limited Series allows us to be consistently releasing new seasonal beverages that give us room to experiment with fresh flavors, creative pairings, and fun new ideas behind the bar.

Right now, we’re excited about our current Breakfast Burritos with two delicious options. Choose from either Sausage, Egg, & Cheese or Black Bean, Egg, & Cheese, or an easy breakfast or lunch to pair with your coffee.

Native’s approach is rooted in origin: building direct relationships with producers and roasting close to where the coffee is grown, so what ends up in your cup stays connected to the people and place behind it.

Right now, the bags we have in shop feature coffees connected to Diego Bermudez, a producer known for pushing the boundaries of coffee processing through a more scientific, experimental approach that brings out wild, expressive flavors.
