To Our Community,
The only constant in life is change.
After much thought, we’ve made the decision to close Rae’s on July 26th in order to focus on the growth of our other Seven Hills restaurants and spend more time with family.
This summer was especially tough for Rae’s, but our other venues remained strong, with new opportunities on the horizon. As we look toward fall, we’re choosing to shift our focus. We're refining what we have, supporting our teams, and strengthening the foundation for what’s next. Sometimes growth doesn’t mean opening more doors. It means making the ones you have stronger, healthier, and
more sustainable.
With two small children at home, my priorities are changing and where to focus my energy and fight. This decision wasn’t made lightly, but it’s one that allows us to move forward with clarity, energy, and purpose.
While it’s always hard to say goodbye, we’re excited about what’s ahead. Seven Hills has big things coming, including events & catering expansion, community partnerships, pop-ups, and a new investment that we believe will enhance the future of our brands and our ability to serve our community.
