A quick, sincere note about tipping at Island Fin Poke Tallahassee.

I've heard some concern lately that at some restaurants, tips don't always make it to the team. I want to be 100% transparent with you about how we do things here.

At Island Fin Poke Tallahassee, 100% of the tips you leave go directly to the team members working that shift. It's our way of saying thank you for a job well done. There is no house cut, no management pool.

The only exception is when I'm here working by myself, or when it's just me and Mrs. Poke working together. In that case, it all goes to Mrs. Poke😎.

When our crew is here taking care of you, your generosity goes directly to them. They work incredibly hard and we are so grateful you notice and support them.

Stefanie and David are raising money in support of the fight against breast cancer, and every dollar donated counts as a vote.
